This project shows the before and after shots of the refurbishment of an en-suite and bathroom for a private client in St Ives.

The en-suite was a more challenging project in terms of space planning, because the room was very narrow. The existing plan had a standard close coupled WC that took up a lot of space at one end of the room. We re-planned it with a space saving corner WC, which allowed us the space to plan in a small wall hung vanity basin as well.

The clients wanted to keep their existing electric shower and resin tray, so we re-fitted these after supplying new wall panels and a new folding sliding door for the shower enclosure.

For the main bathroom we knocked through to the separate WC, and re-positioned the new WC to the opposite wall, thus creating space for a large walk-in shower enclosure, as well as planning in a new bath and vanity unit.
